Our Admissions Process
Schedule a School Tour
Your journey starts with a campus visit. A school tour allows you to experience our classrooms, meet faculty, and learn more about our mission and culture.
If you are applying to both Mater Salvatoris and Stella Maris, only one joint tour is required.
Complete the Online Application
This step officially begins the admissions review process.
You will receive a confirmation email from the Admissions Office when your application has been successfully submitted.
Parent Interview
Once you fill out the application form, you will receive a link to schedule a Parent Interview.
A parent interview provides an opportunity to discuss your child’s educational goals and ensure a strong partnership between your family and our school.
Families applying to both schools may schedule one joint interview.
Student Visit & Academic Screening
Once you fill out the application form you will also receive a link to schedule a screening and a student visit.
The final step includes a student visit and entrance assessment. This allows us to get to know your child better — academically, socially, and personally — and helps ensure that Stella Maris is the right fit.
Student Visit, Interview and Screening (on the same day.)
